ABOUT

The Art works seem apparently figurative. Nevertheless, the unique drawing technique, giving each area a different touch, adds abstract aspects.

For instance, the bright light coming out of the window in "The blue Room" is not painted at all, while another white is Heavy bold. There are more unpainted areas that are some times used to be pushed to the front, like in "Portrait with Bananas" and others. Some times I use the oil like water colors, like the TV in "Sport" and in "Portrait with small Melons".

I use contrasts such as complementary colors, bright vs. dark colors, blank vs. intensively painted areas and opacity vs. transparency, which emphasize the expression. The bright light indicates introduction into 3D composition. Sometimes I use objects, such as hands, as arrows that lead into the space.

On the "Teenage" new page there is some of my works that deal with Teen ages. The "Teenage" library contains artwork themed by typical teenager behavior, such as playing music in their messy room, eating while watching TV, sleeping anywhere in any position, and the like.

"Ce'st La Vie" and "Landscape" contain samples of the current ongoing work that deal with common sentences and phrases in a way that tears them out of context, (Obviously there is no connection between the painted characters and reality!).
